Hmmm. this is a bit messy, i used a very fuzzy black connector for this experiment. we like it. we think we may do this. It will add a lot of work to the project which i am not thrilled about, but i think that whoever cuddles under this blanket will appreciate all the blood, sweat, and tears i have put into it.

the debate continues

hmmmmm. hmmmm. well. um. I have a lot of squares done, a lot of squares left to complete, and a lot of connecting to do. I decided on Black for the connective tissue betwixt the squares. now i will have to decide on a connective method. urg. Next time i do this, i will be making bigger squares and probably will connect on the last round of each, instead of waiting til the end.

Band of Horses

Band of Horses, a band i love, will be performing at Lollapalooza in Chicago this year!

Most likely, i will not be attending, but i know two people who will be! Mitchy and Franz. Lucky.

I am Buzz Killington

I have the following problems:

I have really bad PMS
Lois' wound has reopened and appears to be infected. I will have to rush her off to see her lover, the vet.
My car is making a terribly annoying sound. I received a recall notice for something or other on the car a few months ago. I cast it aside, thinking that the problem would work itself out. Now, i have this sound on the car. So i have to make an appointment to get the dealer to fix the recalled thing, hopefully that will fix the sound. BUT, if it doesn't, i will have to make another appointment for another guy to fix it.
The rear tires that i did not fix last Spring, are looking really sad. I guess i will need to take it into another guy to do the tires.
I am stuck at work on a BEAUTIFUL Saturday. Completely gay and typical anymore. I am spending so much time at work anymore, it i consuming me.
Yesterday was my 10 year wedding anniversary. UGH. 10 years! what a long time to be exactly the same. Stagnant. Inert. Moribund.
I stepped in a pile of doggie doo doo this morning. in my favorite tennis shoes. And i did not realize my misstep until i had tracked it through the house and into my bedroom.
I haven't seen my girlfriends in weeks and it makes me feel like a terrible friend. :(
