hmmmmm. hmmmm. well. um. I have a lot of squares done, a lot of squares left to complete, and a lot of connecting to do. I decided on Black for the connective tissue betwixt the squares. now i will have to decide on a connective method. urg. Next time i do this, i will be making bigger squares and probably will connect on the last round of each, instead of waiting til the end.

i like black. may i suggest crocheting the black around your squares first then sewing it together? or may i just be a pain in the ass?
I thought the same thing. Black all the way around each square will really bring out the colors.
i don't know. I am debating connecting 4 squares together like this to make a bigger square and then connecting the bigger squares together with 2 single crochet rows of black. if i do it that way, i do not want the connecting stiches in between the 4 small squares to show. which is nearly impossible.
