This year marks 10 years since Eric died. A decade! It is remarkable how life trudges on even if you are not willing to go along with it. This upcoming year has so much promise. Like a new life. I am looking forward to seeing how things unfold. This year has the potential to be the best year of my life.

I am not the same person that I was a decade ago. I am not even the same person I was six months ago. Life does go on, new flowers bloom in the flower bed after the old ones have died (or been cut prematurely).
